The primary fields of her research interest are related to clinical bacteriology and mycology particularly in pet animals (conventional and not conventional); bacterial biofilm; antimicrobial resistance in the One Health approach. She has authored several peer-reviewed publications (articles, abstracts and book chapters) and reviews manuscripts for a number of journals.
