Provisions towards the 2nd ICECVM due to the Pandemic
Due to the concern generated because of the Coronavirus pandemic, registration to the 2nd ICECVM will be allowed until the 15th of May 2020 without registration fees. Unless the Conference Organising Committee is obliged to proceed to cancelation, those registered will be informed before the end of May to complete registration.

VAT if applicable, is not charged on the attendee, and is deducted from the cost of registration

Gold Registration Package
Includes Conference registration, Delegate Pack (flash drive with the Conference Programme and the Book of Abstracts, bag, note pad, pen, ID tag, and attendance certificate), Coffee brakes/snacks (2 per day) and Lunch (1 per day).
Platinum Registration Package
Includes Conference registration, Delegate Pack (flash drive with the Conference Programme and the Book of Abstracts, bag, note pad, pen, ID tag, and attendance certificate), Coffee brakes/snacks (2 per day) and Lunch (1 per day), and social events (dinner and guided sightseeing tour).
