Natascha studied Veterinary Medicine at the Vetsuisse Faculty in Bern, Switzerland and graduated in January 2021. After having worked in a small animal clinic for a few months, she worked for one year as an official veterinarian in the veterinary office in Zürich. In August 2022, she started her ECVM Residency in the Center for Zoonoses, Animal Bacterial Diseases and Antimicrobial Resistance (ZOBA) at the IVB with Prof. Joerg Jores, Dr. Gudrun Overesch and Dr. Sonja Kittl as her supervisors.
