This centre is the exclusive private veterinarian diagnostic laboratory of the Veronesi Holding, the biggest integrated meat company in Italy. The holding is composed of three different companies namely: AIA (poultry company); Negroni (swine companies); and Mangimi Veronesi (feed company).
The Laboratory consists of four Units:
- Veterinary Microbiology (necropsy, bacteriology and mycology) – Parasitology
- Food Safey Microbiology
- Diagnostic Serology
- Molecular Biology
