Laura Filippone Pavesi graduated in October 2021 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Milan in Italy. Her thesis focused on Selective dry cow therapy. After graduating, she did a post graduation voluntary internship at the Ruminants and Swine Clinic of The University of Milan, subsequently, she joined the Infectious Disease Lab of the University of Milan in Italy. Currently, she is a PhD student at the University of Milan, dealing with antimicrobial resistance in dairy cattle.
She has a strong interest in ruminants medicine, field-to-lab work, and antimicrobial resistance.
On October 1, 2023, she started her ECVM residency program with Prof. Stefania Lauzi as her supervisor at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences of the University of Milan.
