Sante ROPERTO is a Professor of Infectious Diseases at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production at the University of Naples ‘Federico II’ and a European Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Microbiology. He teaches Microbiology and Immunology, Bacteriology, and Infectious Diseases, and is the National Coordinator/Principal Investigator for several research programs in the field of Food Safety and the Potential Hazards of Infectious and Oncogenic Agents in Food for Human Consumption.
